No list of Australian debian download sites.  I did not check other country=

The RC3 version could not find a suitable kernel, this seems to be working=

Install paused at 92%  "Installing the pmcia modules".
Data from console 3.....
Err http://ftp.au.debian.org/debian/pool/........
Could not connect to ftp.au.debian.org:80 (, connection timed out.

After a time period it also tried to get files withe the word "discover" in=
it, the same host also timed out.
After more time a number of other packages also timed out, including "grub".
Lilo also needed bits downloaded, so I was not able to install it either.

It may of been just bad timing, I tried pinging with another comput=
but did not respond.

I suspect that the newly installed kernal (2.4.x) might of stuffed up the=20
I was installing on a notebook computer with a pmcia card as the ethernet=20
network adaptor.
