Charset is UTF-8. Stats: ro.po:47: message catalog has plural form translations...
ro.po:9: ...but header entry lacks a "plural=EXPRESSION" attribute
7 translated messages.


What is the correct Plural-Forms header for Romanian? I haven't found
references about this so I can't fix this myself.
