[D-I] Hints for timezone names translations in D-I

Dear D-I translators,

Please take care of doing *real* translations of timezone names in
your updates for D-I level 1 files.

For each serie of timezone names, you will find a comment with the
English "translation" of the C timezone names. This English strings is
the one you should translate and NOT literaly the value you will find
in msgid's.

Example:

#. Type: select
#. Choices
#. Timezones for AQ. Translate to timezone names.
#. Corresponding English timezone names are: Antarctica/McMurdo (McMurdo Station\, Ross Island), Antarctica/South_Pole (Amundsen-Scott Station\, South Pole), Antarctica/Rothera (Rothera Station\, Adelaide Island), Antarctica/Palmer (Palmer Station\, Anvers Island), Antarctica/Mawson (Mawson Station\, Holme Bay), Antarctica/Davis (Davis Station\, Vestfold Hills), Antarctica/Casey (Casey Station\, Bailey Peninsula), Antarctica/Vostok (Vostok Station\, SMagnetic Pole), Antarctica/DumontDUrville (Dumont-d'Urville Base\, Terre Adelie), Antarctica/Syowa (Syowa Station\, E Ongul I)
#: ../common.templates:38
msgid "Antarctica/McMurdo"
msgstr "McMurdo"

#. Type: select
#. Choices
#: ../common.templates:38
msgid "Antarctica/South_Pole"
msgstr "Pôle Sud"

As you may see, I have chosen to sometimes derive from the original
value, on the french translation. In fact, I should even be as
specific as Joey has been in the English "translation".

We have no better way to do this at this moment and, for instance, we
cannot provide you with the English "translation" as a comment for
each string. So, please be attentive at this moment and make your best
to improve these translations.

You may also want to drop the first part of timezone names, just like
I did above....or keep it, just like Joey did in the English
"translation". Your call.
