Comments/Problems:

I still think that setting up software during install is confusing, even for those who know what RAID is all about. I had one problem right after install - XFree86 configures itself to have two mouse entries which causes all user input to be executed twice. Took me a bit to track that down in the XFree86Config-4 file :-)
