We are planning on sending a revised and more complete version of the translation towards the end of this week (21st - 22nd of May) or maybe a complete one. So, please, contact us (debian-l10n-romanian@l.d.o) if you intend to upload dpkg for translation purposes (or any, for that matter), as we might have a complete translation of dpkg really soon.
