Comments/Problems:
Originally tried to use 30MB business card CD (downloaded from the same
place at the same time as the netinst), but couldn't get it to talk to
our proxy. It doesn't give a useful error message when the proxy details
are wrong, and there doesn't appear to be any way to change them without
rebooting. As I didn't know whether it was a DNS, authentication, syntax
or some other error, I gave up and used the 100MB netinst CD instead.

The machine doesn't automatically reboot (sits there with a blank
screen), but I don't know whether the previous Windows installation was
able to reboot either.

There doesn't seem to be a module for the soundcard:
isapnp: Scanning for PnP cards...
isapnp: Card 'ESS ES1869 Plug and Play AudioDrive'
isapnp: 1 Plug & Play card detected total
Intel ISA PCIC probe: not found.

When selecting a country, please list the United Kingdom under "United
Kingdom". The full name of the country is "United Kingdom of Great
Britain and Northern Ireland", shortened to "United Kingdom" and
abbreviated to UK. If you must use "Great Britain", please include the
"Great". After failing to find it under U or G, it's difficult to know
where to start looking.

This bugs should indeed have been assigned to base-config which, in
the past wasn't really clear about the Right Way to enter proxy information.

As base-config now uses the same templates than choose-mirror and
gioven that these templates properly explain how to enter user:pass
information for the proxy, I think we can safely close this bug
report.
