Bug#305881: debian-installer-manual: Missing period which bothers proper PO based Korean translation

It's a trivial typo in installation-howto.xml.
But it bothers Korean PO-based translation because poxml converts
the paragraph to "... For detailed instructions, see" (not including
<xref>) and in Korean sentences the objects are *before* the
verbs. (I'm alomst sure it is the same in Chinese or in Japanese)
