Bug#304729: doesn't document access floppies

Quoting Joey Hess (joeyh@debian.org):

s floppy images at all.

I'm afraid the access floppies haven't be widely tested, so do we
really support them ?

I don't remember the name of the person who was involved in them last
year and who tried to test them, but he seems to have vanished,
unfortunately.

Maybe calling for testers in -devel or -users?

IIRC, they are designed for blind people or people with a bad vision
(sorry, I'm not aware of the politically correct term here) and use a
special kernel with "speakup" features. Do I miss some other feature ?

We should maybe try with the Debian accessibility list (I think there
is one but am not online ATM)?
