Bug#304677: Devfs names are shown in the partitioning UI

Package: installation-reports
Severity: minor
--

Debian-installer-version: Debian GNU/Linux testing "Sarge" - Official Snapshot i386 Binary-1
(20050318)
uname -a: 2.6.8-2 i386 kernel (not at the machine currently)
Date: 13-apr-2005
Method: DVD, in an external USB DVD drive, booted from the DVD

Machine: Gigabyte GA-7VAXP Ultra motherboard, home built
Processor: AMD Athlon XP2200+
Memory: 768 MB , DDR-266
Root Device: /dev/hde1

--

When creating a RAID array and selecting component devices, they are listed
by their devfs names, like this :
/dev/ide/host2/bus0/target1/lun0/part6
instead of classic names like /dev/hdf6 , like they are used in the rest of
the partitioner ( including the page for deleting a raid device ).

Also the LVM configurator uses the devfs names.
