This is almost certainly either caused by a read error on your CD or by a 
temporary problem in the Debian archives that happened to make it onto a 
CD.

Could you try again using the latest image available from [1]?

[1] http://cdimage.debian.org/pub/cdimage-testing/sarge_d-i/i386/current/

You may want to verify the md5sum of the iso before you burn it (the 
checksum is available from the same directory as the image).
You may also want to check the CD from within the installer: just use <go 
back> from any dialog to get to the menu and select the appropriate 
option.
