way to bring up pppoe from the installer; I could not access the installation archive until I installed a router

Comments/Problems:
__Please__ provide a statement in the xfree86 configuration sequence that you have to run dexconf to actually write
out the XF86Config file, or just run it automatically after the configuration. This didn't used to be required! It
took me two days to figure it out; I thought I was doing something else wrong and did considerable damage. It is
mentioned in the FAQ, but everything else is spelled out in the screen instructions and it would be much easier if
you just had a screen like
"You must run dexconf to actually generate a new XF86Config file. Run dexconf now? Yes/No."
When I finally found it in the FAQ and ran dexconf, x-windows started with no trouble.
Otherwise the installer worked extremely well. I have use linux since
Slackware 0.9 and this is one of the best.
