Comments/Problems:
Perhaps this is an omission rather than an error. I could not install when I configured the network
with DHCP. The installation hung trying to fetch packages from the mirror. I suspect this was because
it had not asked me for my ISP's nameservers.
Re-running the install worked fine with manual network configuration ie supplying an IP for the box
(it suggested mask and gateway addresses correctly) and nameserver IPs.

use the selected default interface anyway.
- That should make interface preseeding work in all situations.
