Comments/Problems:

worked all out of the box, didn't though its that easy. really a good 
installer!

 the only problem I had was to understand the partition window. the system was 
pre-configured with some fat32/ntfs partions and I wanted to remove all and 
start from scratch. I switched onto the second shell (alt-f2) and used 
cfdisk. a problem for beginner users will be that the devices are not 
accessable in the" normal way" (in my case: /dev/sda) during the install
