Bug#292586: sun4c netboot image

Hello,

After some tweaking I was able to build a version of glibc, which does not 
use umul/udiv instructions and so should be useable on sun4c. All the 
debs resulting from this build are currently available at [0], the netboot 
image (boot.img) based on it is also in this directory. Please test it and 
let me know how it goes.
