[D-I] manual: bad pdf output

Hello,

Some tags, like <classname>, <computeroutput>... are rendered 
with a mono font. I don't know where the bug exactly is, but the pdf output
is bad. See beginning of chapter 3, for instance.
I think we should avoid this font, even when output is right, it is ugly,
and use simply the current font in bold version.

I customize build/stylesheets/style-print.dsl for that.
I attach a diff.
