Comments/Problems:
The installation was very simple, all the periphearls were correctly
discovered and configured, so nothing more to add. As usual in my
installation, the X server was manually installed and also in this case,
my ATI FireGL T2 was correclty configured by Debconf using the 'ati'
driver. The only thing which doesn't work out of the box is the IrDA (a
'nsc-ircc' FIR device), but AFAIK this is a common thing (and anyway not
a basic feature you need when you boot your laptop up the first time).
I can provide all the Install logs and other status info (available in
/var/log/debian-installer/), with the lshal output, if needed.
Thx, bye,
Gismo / Luca
