Comments/Problems:

Up to the filesystem creation, it works very well. On the "Configure and
mount partitions" section, the partition list is incorrect and selecting
any partition takes me back to the main menu.

Example partition list follows:

4.7 GiB   n/a
7.8 GiB   ntfs

I'm unsure what the d0 is supposed to be, but the first "952 MiB   ntfs"
partition does not exist. The "7.8 GiB   ntfs" partition *does* exist on
another logical drive on the array, on separate drives.
