I installed Debian unstable using debian-installer, snapshot 2004-02-01as found inhttp://people.debian.org/cdimage/testing/sid_d-i/netinst/i386/20040201/ .

After installation finish, /etc/resolv.conf didn't contain my domain asdirective "domain ...". In fact, I don't remember I've ever typed thatdomain during debian-installer
