I've been holding off on this patch because a) preceived lack of testing b) it could break existing preseed files for translated installs. I'm glad to see that you've dealt with a. I don't know if b. really mattters, or perhaps we want to go ahead and break such files now rather than between sarge and etch.. -- see shy jo
