Bug#286142: installation-reports: bad interface name "IDE1 (hda)" in manual partitioning

The name is ide0 in the context of the /proc directory of Linux.
However in the non-Linux technical documentation (for example the
mainboard documentation) the interface is always named IDE1.

This bug should either be closed or a clone should be assigned to
partconf because partconf uses the same naming scheme as partman.  I'd
say it is better to close it.
