Yes I do.

I do not know what you mean for installation system problem: aptitude is
the default package handler used by the installation process; it has
showed this problem about the selection of cvs; I do not know if it is
due to erroneous downloaded informations or to other things. What I can
say about the installation procedutre is:

1. the autoconfiguration of the computer for the download was ok (except
XP failure...)
2. I selected in the "task selection" (formerly) the items "Desktop
application" (or something like that) and "Select single applications"
(or something like that).
3. aptitude started, after some dowloads, and I tried to select "gcc"
4. then I de-selected "gcc" which disappeared from the entrire list (!)
as well as "cvs" which was the most important package I have to install
on this computer
5. I had to close aptitude and to finish the installation procedure;
6. in order to achieve my targets I had to log as root and to use
dselect which worked fine...

Thanks for any information
