I had this exact problem, Bug#275627 but I don't have access to that
machine any more. To progress, we need a listing of the PCI devices,
in particular the USB host controller device.

Can you try downloading and booting a gentoo live cd -

http://www.gentoo.org/doc/en/handbook/handbook-sparc.xml?part=1&chap=2

this should be enough to run
  (lspci; lspci -n) |sort >lspci.sb100.txt
and scp the resulting file to some other host.
