Comments/Problems:
This is a sucessfull installation.  I also tried pxe boot but failed. I 
think it's a problem from BIOS or NIC firmware, not of d-i.

If you could not get the machine to boot it probably is. The other option 
would be a problem in the setup of your DHCP/TFTP server.
