Comments/Problems:
Second stage fails with:
"error: Unable to switch charset mapping to ISO-8859-15 with terminal 'pseudo'
warning: disabling unsupported locale 'de_DE@euro'.
Configuring the base system..."
and restarting second stage in an endless loop. Same happens with english install
except other chareset and locale.
(I think this was reported earlier, but I was unable to find this bug in the BTS)
