Bug#279998: installation-reports: [i386] [20041105] d-i ignores encryption keys of wireless network interfaces.

I agree (partially).
But bug #262624 said that iwconfig reported 0000-0000-00 as
the encryption key after supplying one, while in my case iwconfig
reported no encryption key is in use after supplying one.
My symptom was slightly different in this respect.

This is built in IBM Thinkpad A31p and supported by the orinoco_pci
driver. The orinoco_pci driver in the latest kernel (both 2.4 and 2.6)
is old and less stable than the latest version at
http://www.nongnu.org/orinoco/
The driver frequently hangs up with bulk data transfer. I have to
check whether the orinoco driver is still working every minute by cron
and reload the driver if necessary. Without this trick I cannot
upgrade packages with apt after initial installation.
