Bug#256815: Problem 1 stills there

-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-----
Hash: SHA1

The report was on two bugs:

1) There are no safe-guards preventing the user to delete a used LVM
physical volume:
This problem is still there, just the kernel does not produce any error
messages! If you create a LV under LVM, and select it as the install target
and then delete the physical partition, the install just goes on!!! It
failed on me due to a different problem (unsatisfied exim4-daemon-light
dependency, see my new bug report) but I guess it would have gone on (till
after reboot?)

2) The dbootstrap_settings are not honored after a crash. I havn't been
able to test this (yet). I will try later, after the exim4 thing is
resolved.
