This is #250789 and I can't convince the original authors of termwrap to
apply a workaround.  What I can't still understand is that this
"Characters of non-iso-8859-1 are not displayed after the installation
is finished" issue will go to the release errata, instead of writing
another errata item: "Termwrap does not restore the terminal state on
exit, though it doesn't produce harmful results at the moment".
