Well, Frans mentions me he doesn't understand my mail and I agree with
him.

Indeed I misunderstood Joey's bug report. I thought he suggested
building the LIST of countries in the shortlist template at RUN TIME
and not BUILD TIME.

This is of course completely wrong as everyone reading joey's mail
carefully will understand he just wants to have the default country be
chosen at BUILD time and not RUN time....

So, forget about my comment...I should not try to go back into D-I
after a week-end mostly off hacking it..:-)
