AFAIK there are no sparc64 floppy images.  (I don't know the reason)

I build some that you can download from [1].  They contain a newer
version of rootskel (1.04), otherwise they should be the same as the
other sparc images.

I could not fully test them, apparently they don't support SCSI
floppies.  At least the 2.4 images boot up to where the kernel can't
find it's root filesystem.  Maybe you are luckier.
