The bug log for 270720 is quite long. The last messages seem to
indicate that the bug reporter isolated the bug to base-config not
piping its messages through libfribidi0.
Hence, I reassign this bug to base-config though I'm not completely
sure it pertains to this package only.
The bug suggested enabling the Unicode terminal to 2nd and 3rd
console, also...
