I have expirencent the same annoning thing.

Please do not install development tools
when nothing is selected in tasksel / baseconfig.

All of these packages are standard priority. If you dislike having some
package at standard priority, please get it fixed, don't file a bug
report on tasksel, which has no influence on this.
