Comments/Problems:

I attempted to install GRUB in /dev/hdb on partition 6. (hdb,6). This was a newly
created logical partition, 10GBytes, using ReiserFS. There is an existing swap partition.
I used the tools on the boot CD to create this partition.

I got an error saying the system was unable to install GRUB. This caused an infinite loop in
the installer. Continue without installing boot loader, trying to install LILO, selecting
"Continue" from the main menu all caused the progress bar and error for installing GRUB to
come up. I was unable to proceed any further. I have a boot loader in the first partition
of the first disk already (GAG), so I did not wish to overwrite it.

This looks like Bug 231755 maybe.

This sounds like a seen flag issue, which the installer no longer has
problems with.
