Bug#274409: tasksel: Spelling error in taskname - norwegian (nynorsk) translation

This applies to the norwegian (nynorsk) translation.

The task called "Skivebordsmiljø" (Desktop environment) should be
called "Skrivebordsmiljø".
(The difference is an "r".)

And also the task "manuelt pakkeval" should be written with an uppercase 
first letter, like the other tasks.
