Bug#273363: Problem was in aboot param passing

OK, I checked the "sarge" manual entry which is the one suggested at
http://www.debian.org/devel/debian-installer/ and there is still a
problem with the section on this -- applying any kernel flag at the
boot prompt will cause the issue to recurr unless the aboot default
parameters are included along with it on the commandline.  The manusl
suggests for example using boot ewa0 -flags console=ttyS0 to boot
from a serial console, an example which if followed will break.

Unfortunately fixing the manual fully would involve including a
copy of the default parameters in the documentation and then
keeping it in sync with any changes.
