For some reason I didn't understand what zboob was saying before, though it seems clear now after talking to him. So the problem is that the mirror has more udebs on it than there are in a netinst cd install, and so all of them are listed by anna in lowmem level 2, which can be quite confusing, especially since some of the listed udebs have menu-item-numbers that come before anna's called, and so will not be used even if loaded.. -- see shy jo
