Problem is not that the disk is not seen. It is detected just fine. 
Partitioner runs fine. But I cannot create the needed disk label on partition 
3.
A provided fdisk just gives you much more control than the current 
debian-installer. 

I really hope, Sarge doesn't get released like this...
