Hello, According to the instructions in d-i manual about automatic installation it should be possible get the selections. But it only works if you have the debconf-utils package installed. To prevent other people spending time why debconf-get-selections doesn't work, I contribute the attached patch which tells about debconf-utils. Cheers Geert Stappers
