Indeed, the real interest for this is really low. As all @euro
locales, the en_IE@euro locale now has the exact same behaviour than
the en_IE.

In BOTH locales, the currency is for instance :

int_curr_symbol         "<U0045><U0055><U0052><U0020>"
currency_symbol         "<U20AC>"

So, basically, I still have to understand why we still need these
@euro variants..:-). Their only purpose is indeed being associated
later with a ISO-8859-15 charset while non @euro locales are often
associated with ISO-8859-1 (which is pure inconsistency because the
charset does NOT contain the currency symbol defined by the
locale....)

Anyway, in the future, when new countries will enter the Euro zone,
such locales may appear again and be really useful.

So, let's record this as a wishlist bug for a localechooser package
(which could be a fusion of lang/country choosers with more features).
