Comments/Problems:
I selected reiserfs for the root partition. This is the /etc/fstab
that was created:
# /etc/fstab: static file system information.
#
# <file system> <mount point> <type> <options> <dump> <pass>
proc /proc proc defaults 0 0
/dev/sda1 / reiserfs notail,errors=remount-ro 0 1
/dev/sda3 none swap sw 0 0
/dev/hdc /media/cdrom0 iso9660 ro,user,noauto 0 0
/dev/sdd /media/usb0 auto rw,user,noauto 0 0
On reboot there was a warning saying option 'errors=remount-ro'
is not supported. The root partition was kept read only. Of
course the system did not boot.
After setting the options for / to "defaults" the problem was
gone.

Harri
