Comments/Problems:
After mke2fs on /dev/hde2, and setting up swap partitions:
"Failed to install the base system"
"Errors were encountered while processing

at
exim4
exim4-config
mailx
exim4-base
I continued and then got error "Unable to load modules"
"Err http://debootstrap.invalid sarge/main libusb-0.1-4 1:0.1.8-16
Temporary failure resolving 'debootstap.invalid'
hw-detect installed discover1 and hotplug but got missing modules
parport_pc, ide-scsi, ide-mod, ide-probe-mod, ide-generic, ide-floppy
Note, I did use the installers utility to check CD image and it passed
the integrity test.
FWIW, I had sucessfully installed the Beta-4 version, from late May if
memory serves, onto the same partition, with exactly the same hardware.
