I tried to install using RC-1, which fails as previously noted. so I
tried a modprobe/insmod of SYM53C8XX_2. This module works on the 2.4.26
kernel but on the 2.6.7 kernel it fails to load with error of, and a
paraphrase, symbols do not match, so the modules does not work.
