After loading sbp2, try to add the sr_mod module, then 

echo "scsi add-single-device 0 0 0 0" > /proc/scsi/scsi

Please send "lspci -v" and "lspci -n" as a bug report against
discover1 as obviously your IEEE controller is not detected...
