For more consistency of the repository, I have merged the two directories named "l10n-changes" and "l10n-utilities" in scripts/ to a single directory named "scripts/l10n". A README file in this directory explains the function of each script there. People using the output-l10n-changes script will now find it in scripts/l10n --
