Package: Sarge Debian Linux for i386
Version: ?

Sorry I'm not being very descriptive...I'm *very* new to the Linux =
thing. I just wanted to say that I downloaded the =
sarge-i386-netinst.iso at =
http://cdimage.debian.org/pub/cdimage-testing/daily/i386/20040724/

24-Jul-2004 23:25 112M =20

and when I was running through the installer, when it asked for the ip =
address, it said it was four numbers seperated by periods. For a newbie =
home user, it might be better stated as 4 SETS of numbers seperated by =
periods, each set being 1-3 numbers long. Just a suggestion...

Thanks!

123 is a number as much as 3 is. There is room for clarification
but the installer is now in a string freeze so this won't be changed.
