Bug#266059: [i386] [RC1] read-edid and mdetect missing from 100MB Netinst CD

I did an installation where I selected the CD as the only source for APT in
2nd stage.
During the start of tasksel, there were some error messages because read-edid
and mdetect packages were not available; same at the end of package
installation when both packages are removed.
Although the installation succeeded, these errors can be easily avoided by
including both packages on the 100MB CD image.
