Comments/Problems:
Very smooth install - it took about 20mins - I've not yet configured the
system no X as yet.
/etc/yaboot.conf included the details for booting my production
sid system on hda16 but I had to run ybin to be able to boot into
it. It would be good if the installer gave the option to run
ybin before rebooting or else include some warning that ybin may
need to be run to successfully boot linux systems on other
partitions.
The installer doesn't pick up that this is a dual processor box
but it's no big deal to install the smp kernel.
Great work everyone! I'll try it on my beige G3 next which should
provide more excitement ;)
Regards
Clive
