Bug#261929: Can't use tasksel to install multi l10n tasks

But the installation process is supposed to be simple and not ask
questions which most users are not interested in. I think that most
normal users don't need to install multiple language tasks. And even
if the installation process offered to install multiple language
tasks, there's still only one locale generated.

If a normal user can't use aptitude, maybe she can use synaptic or
similar? Shouldn't a normal Debian user be able to use at least one
package installation tool?
