Bug#261929: Can't use tasksel to install multi l10n tasks

Since the change of how tasksel selects l10n tasks, there ins't any option to install multi l10n related tasks. For example Hebrew & Russion support. Also, there isn't any way to install support of one language while using another.

I also did several test with the new switch '--new-install' but with out any luck.
