I *think* that you're saying that my sound hardware was identified in the pci.lst. While I don't dispute that, it isn't particuarly helpful because I still don't have any sound. What steps must I take to get sound working on my computer? If these steps are well known, and my sound hardware was correctly identified, why didn't the installation perform those steps? > > Gaudenz > > --+B+y8wtTXqdUj1xM > Content-Type: application/pgp-signature; name="signature.asc" > Content-Description: Digital signature > Content-Disposition: inline > > -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- > Version: GnuPG v1.2.4 (GNU/Linux) > > iD8DBQFBBTYp8rUqXQpftocRAgyUAKD/ehGFli7jCcd14zskSc7620grNwCeMjxA > gOp5F5yuJU0VAWlmLXysvB0= > =dGc6 > -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- > > --+B+y8wtTXqdUj1xM-- -- James Damour (Suvarov454) <suvarov454@users.sourceforge.net>
