Gruh, I thought I filed a bug about this a long time ago, but I must
have missed it. :/

Bdale, please add "dac960" to the list of devices created by default on
alpha.  As noted above, DEC shipped DAC960 controllers with Alphas, so
this is a fairly common configuration that should be supported.
